This model name SUNY (スーニー) takes inspiration from the State University of New York, and takes inspiration from timeless 1960s Wellington glasses featuring a distinctive keyhole bridge underneath the frame for added visual appeal. It is BuddyOptical's first acetate frame available in different sizes. 

The lenses feature a smoke tint, ideal for overcast or partially sunny conditions, allowing ample light while not suitable for very sunny days. They offer year-round versatility, suitable for a variety of situations, including indoor wear.
